Rugged Overland Outfitters LLC accepts returns/exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened in the original packaging. A receipt is required for return or exchange. Please contact Rugged Overland at customerservice@ruggedoverland.com to be issued a Return Authorization Number or request via your customer account.

A 10% restocking fee is applied to all returns/exchanges.

Special order and drop ship items require special authorization from the manufacturer and may incur restocking fees.

Customer assumes all shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number issued by Rugged Overland.

REFUNDS

Returns are subject to inspection and approval by Rugged Overland. You will be notified via email of return status.
Orders cannot be canceled if the product has already been shipped.
Upon approval, refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days. Financial Institutions deposit times vary.

WARRANTY

Most products have a Manufacturer Warranty. Rugged Overland can help you determine if your product is covered under warranty and share with you the Manufacturer contact information.
Rugged Overland Outfitters shall not be held liable for any incidental damage as a result of product defects, including, but not limited to: labor costs, materials, lost time or wages, towing, or storage.
